After the renunciation of Royal Comfort, that transformation of Vardhamana Into Mahavir took twelve painful years of tolerance and search for knowledge . The Jain epic - Kalpa Sutra - relates a tender

emancipation of mankind. This heart-rending story with high human drama,
originally drawn in Gujarati style of the western India, is reverentially
reproduced for the connoisseur's collection. As the pomp and pageantry unwinds itself,
Neminath notices a herd of goats and deer, tied up for Killing for the
weeding feast. and the meat to be served to the bridal party in their honour.
